Let's see... I'd like to think that I'm a pretty musically diverse person... although I've been trying to broaden my horizons even further lately... although I still find it hard to listen to rap (Except I like Tupac, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Drake) and country is my least favorite of all...
On my facebook page I have a list of all the bands/artists/groups that I like... and the count is up to 270 and still growing!
Alternative rock will always be my most favorite genre... with Incubus of course being my most favorite band.
But I do like a lot of other genres as well... Acoustic, Indie, Reggae, Blues, Punk, Pop, Metal, Pop Punk, Pop Rock, Emo, Ska, Hip hop, R&B, Classic Rock, Soul, Electronica, Rock and Roll, Folk, Alternative Pop, Jazz, New Wave, Classical, Rocktronica, House, Groove, Funk, Trance, Geek Rock, Experimental, Powerpop, Latin, Dance, Screamo, Psychedelic Rock, and Hard Rock.
And again... just like it was hard to pick my all time favorite song... its hard to choose just one song that I hate the most... because you can pretty much lump all country music songs into that catergory for me... but I must say, since I don't have a cd player in my car I'm subjected to a lot of music I wouldn't normally listen to, but I've learned to tolerate most everything just so I have something to listen to on the drive to work.
But there is one song... that even if all the other stations are playing commerical... even if this is the one song on the radio... I will turn the radio off because I'd rather listen to silence.
I don't know WHAT it is that bothers me so much about this song... but I can't stand it, LOL.
And that song is... "NEED YOU NOW" by Lady Antebellum... UGH!!!!! Even thinking about it is bugging me already haha.
